Refund policy

Since each item is custom made to order, I can not accepts returns or exchanges.  All sales are final.   However, if you have an issue with your item, please contact me with any questions within 3 days of delivery at gaashleybug@gmail.com.

Once I have shipped your item, I have no control over or responsibility for lost or stolen packages or packages lost due to incorrectly entered shipping address at checkout.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
In an event of a refund and if approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
